The only positive I have to offer is the funeral director was helpful in walking us through the initial explanation of the funeral process and the invoicing…. However, there was no one employed at the funeral home to do makeup on our deceased loved one. The director also had no recommendations for an independent makeup person. The other local mortuary would not let us hire their makeup person, and I found no one else in town to do the job. I was left in the position of doing the task with my sibling, with both of us scrambling to come up with tools and makeup for the job. It added a lot of stress to our grief. Additionally, at the gravesite, after a beautiful prayer was said and the pall bearers placed their flowers on our father’s casket, the funeral director suddenly called for the cover to be placed over the beautiful casket. I’ve never seen this done or heard of it being done in the presence of the family. Workmen in dirty work clothes put the DIRTY black plastic cover over the silver casket and flowers and then knelt down with their backs to my mother and and ZIP TIED the plastic lid over it. I thought I would vomit. I will never forget that sight or sound. It was totally cruel and completely unnecessary. My mother had lost the love of her life to cancer and paid for what should have been a beautiful funeral. This action ruined the gravesite service -which is difficult enough- and caused much added grief for my mother. This was entirely unprofessional and unnecessary and should have been done AFTER we had left the gravesite. For a final insult, the funeral director addressed her from across the grave by the wrong name in front of everyone. She was in shock from the cover and the zip ties, and still visibly very upset so I am unsure she heard this mistake - but we did - and added insult to injury. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mother deserves an apology from him and he should retire. It was disgusting. Do not use this place.

They were used for 2 family members recently and both were aweful. On first one, they lost the arrangements, didn't place obituary in paper when they were supposed to. Said they had no record of flowers, card choice etc. Had to go home and get papers and show them what they had printed. Flowers dis not match what was ordered. They had us pay to dig the grave then sent us to cemetary where we were charged again. They owe us money but "know nothing about that.". Had to take them copies of that again. On second one, they showed up at cemetary for graveside services and did not have the vault which was paid for. Said they could take him back and come back next week on Monday with him and vault and we could do funeral then. Everyone was already there for the funeral. Aweful customer service. You have to speak to multiple people to get one and no one knows what is going on. DO NOT USE THEM. Worst funeral experiences I have ever had.

My mom had her funeral pre-paid through here. When she passed away in August they were very helpful in walking us through the process and were very compassionate. They were very helpful in helping us get everything set and in place. I would recommend them anytime.
