We had my mother's service here in the spring and I'm sorry it took so long to leave a review. Kevin was simply incredible. He made a difficult time so much easier than I thought. I had never made arrangements before and he made everything very simple. I cannot thank him and his associates enough. From the bottom of my heart and my families. Thank you so very much.

“Kevin” dropped the ball on ensuring two family obits were posted after speaking to him live, developing the newspaper copy and replying to his voicemail. Atrocious customer service so BEWARE! Of course… he’s busy…was his excuse nearly a week later. Busy is good, negligence and incompetence are not! This family won’t forget.

My Father recently passed away 11/18/19. Kevin Matthewson from Sears Middleton and Matthewson was there every step of the way for my mother. He made it a little less stressful and easier to bear for my mother during such a difficult time. He took such great care and pride in his work, he really made my father look wonderful.
