Lisa Bender and staff were so incredibly helpful during a highly emotional and stressful time for me. Lisa went way above and beyond to make sure that my Mother's Celebration of Life went the way that I envisioned it. I had to fly in from Scottsdale, AZ with very limed time. Lisa went over everything and had many terrific suggestions which were so very helpful and appreciated. I was able to honor my Mother's requests and celebrate her life in a beautiful setting. Jacob and Schoen Funeral Home was very professional and compassionate when my brother passed away unexpectedly while he was visiting New Orleans. My brother’s passing was extremely difficult and made even more since his passing happened out of state, a great distance from my home. Isabel and Paula were exceptional in arranging my brother’s internment and ashes to be sent to me and keeping me updated through and after the process. Everyone was a tremendous help to me, and I am very grateful.
