We drive over 7 hours to meet up with Kyle for the arrangements for my mother in law. He was professional and easy to work with. He made things simple. They are working with us to make sure the remains are sent to us so we don't have to make the trip again.

I will never send a loved one to such a cheap no class place. My grand mother paid for all her services herself many may years ago which in the paper work clearly stated that all inflation cost are covered. They wanted us to pay for the additional 2 death certificates cause what she had paid then only cover one of them now. But the worst part was we go to her viewing , and to me at least I think they would place her in a casket or something not on a medal gurney with the legs and wheel showing. None of the furniture matched not even the spray painted lamps. This place was a disgrace and just flat out cheap and run down.

My wife’s grandmother passed away and Scheer Memorial was the absolute worst to deal with. No returned phone calls and when you call them your instantly placed on hold. Very rude phone interaction as well. For a business that should be compassionate and show empathy to their customers, we were treated as a business transaction. There was a $284 balance due that was paid on 12/28/20, that we have a receipt for, signed by Kyle, but are now told it never paid for. Extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism.
