I have had more experience with Rosewood Funeral Home in Humble than I care to think about. The best experience I have had thus far is working with Nancy Rodriguez, Family Service Counselor. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, very responsive and makes the process of difficult decisions much easier. I am so thankful for all of her help and hard work in designing and ordering a headstone. She is an Angel!

We took a plant for my Aunts viewing tonight to Rosewood Funeral Home in Pasadena, TX. I was met with sarcasm and told to take the plant around to the back. After finally finding the door, there was no one to meet me and the door was locked! The women in the front knew I was taking the plant there as instructed. I knocked and banged on the door with no answer, my sister walked all the way around the building and ask them to please open the door. I’m still banging on the door, when the employee finally opened it with brut force, it opened outward, hit and scraped my foot and all I received was attitude!!! I am 66 years old and handicapped but no one should be treated like that!!! Please see attached pictures:

Our Wonderful Experience with Rosewood Funeral Home My father passed away unexpectedly last month. Michelle at the Humble location was kind & considerate, helping us plan the event even before we had officially decided to use Rosewood to prepare him & stage a visitation. We ended up having his visitation at the Pasadena Rosewood due to the location of our expected guests. Mary-Ann, Linda, & Linda were gracious & compassionate. They honored several unusual requests to assure that his viewing / visitation was accessible to everyone. They were very helpful in executing our specific wishes for the bulletin & service, going above & beyond to make his visitation a lovely experience. The staff at Rosewood Funeral Homes helped make Dad’s final Visitation & Viewing an unforgettable tribute to him.
