We had a wonderful service from Ryan’s, for a baby that was too pure for this world and had to go to another. Thank you for all that you’ve done for us and our family. I highly recommend using Ryan’s Funeral Home in De Pere, WI. The staff that I met was very compassionate and had our feelings and emotions as #1 as we grieved and celebrated the time we did get with A’renity. The facility was also the best i’ve been to. Everything was super clean and the amenities are all on one floor. The whole family got to stay together and morn. Good job guys, keep up the good work!!

Upset. Had Ryan funeral. The girl that came to pick up body at nursing home was the best. Had respect. The service at church was a little un organized. My son was to be a pallbearer and was told from director that he would come get him later. My son knew to check in with funeral director. Most of family was pallbearers except my son and a friend of deceased, whom are grown men and Godson to the deceased. The service members for gun salute were sitting in pews in church. The director did not have the pallbearers sit in front of service members. Which usually they are. When casket was taken out of church, no pallbearers were put next to casket. As everyone left church my son had to get through crowd to try and get to casket without success a different family member stepped in. My son was devastated. As casket came out of hearse at grave site, no place for my son. Again he was devastated. Very bad on funeral directors part, from our point of view. When hired do the job correctly.!

I’ve attended many funerals at Ryan’s, but this was my first time planning one (for my mother). Ryan’s was excellent and made the process easy and even enjoyable in some ways. They were there from the moment my mother was transported from home hospice until today when we picked up her urn and ashes. Chad especially went out of his way to make sure everything was done according to my mom’s wishes while staying within our budget. I appreciate them helping us celebrate my mom’s life and send her off right.
