The entire staff at Lyndahls made the loss of our dad as bearable as possible. Lynette was wonderful helping us with preplanning which of course we had hoped we would never need to use, when the time actually came. Tony was extremely compassionate and because we had already took care of the majority of the details he made sure it all came together better than we had imagined. Tony even helped finding special music that we had wanted. We also would recommend the streaming service that they offer. We had family members out of state that couldn’t travel home but they were able to be with us real time during the service, which was a great comfort to those who couldn’t travel

The staff at Lyndahl's was so kind and empathetic when our Mom died. They listened to what we wanted and then made it happen. We have used Lyndahl's before and had the same experience. We were very pleased with the funeral arrangements and would highly recommend them to anyone in this sad situation.

They screwed up the obituary were we had to double check and re check. It was like we had to do all the asking for basic service that should be automatically given like the white boards. We brought our own because they never asked if we wanted any. When we had the visitation they didn’t do my mom’s hair! They had a few pictures of her but didn’t look like a beautician did anything at all! The guest book had the wrong obituary in it. They didn’t have a candle for her. We had to wait for it. And we realized after that we did not get a candle. Over all it was not a good experience when one is grieving. All the work we had to put in that they should have done.
