Mark was so pleased with how everything turned out and just overall having your help with things, you really lived up to everything that was explained to us. Milede would be very proud of how well everything' turned out. Routsong has buried my Mom and Dad. I was very impressed with Erica, she walked us through the whole process. My father was retired Air Force and she set up a beautiful grave side service and had a military funeral. It was exactly what Dad wanted. I give Routsong 5 stars.

Please do your homework before following the instructions of police, who may refer you to this funeral home. Our cost for a direct cremation at Routsong was quoted at $4200. We were shocked, and got the same EXACT service at another facility for $900. We don't buy cremation services often, but we did feel like $4200 was exorbitant. We transferred our loved one to the new funeral home, but not before Routsong charged us $850 for transporting the deceased a few blocks and keeping him in a refrigerated state for two days. And then, they wanted to charge additionally for a credit card payment - our only option because we live in another state. I do understand paying them for their original time. However, please just do a quick Google search before choosing a funeral home, and make a call or two. It will likely save you THOUSANDS of dollars.
