When my mother died unexpectedly, I was not really sure what to do next. A friend recommended Walton's. They were prompt in contacting me and getting as many details over the phone during that initial call as possible. I was able to quickly get an appointment to finalize the rest of the arrangements. Our planner, Monique, was kind and attentive. She was able to guide us through the process and made suggestions for things we hadn't even considered. She was not salesy or pushy. She was easy to reach and responsive to emails and phone calls. Overall, we were treated with kindness and respect during a difficult time. Walton's Funerals & Cremations are the best. The services they provide made a difficult time much easier. Kept in constant contact with us every step of the way.
