My father passed away over a month ago. I have initiated over 8 phones calls, emails and in person visits. 4 days ago I called and emailed begging to have the death certificates mailed and followed up with an email that same day. Yesterday I was told nothing had been sent. When I became upset and asked why I was being ignored..... I was told that this business has no set mail days but they would bring that up in the next staff meeting. The lack of accountability, communication and competence is astounding.

I highly recommend them! They made the process so much easier for my Dad and I after the passing of my mother. Everyone was so kind, understanding, and supportive. I wish I could say more but there truly are no words for how much they helped us through this process!

I can't say enough good things about trucking meadows cremation and burial very professional and great customer service. I went in today to plan for my future I was able to pay in advance which was so reasonable. And the price never goes up whether I died today or 20 years. They answered all my questions very thoroughly and they were absolutely very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and I was in very good hands. Now when I pass I don't have to worry about anything and neither do my Hires. Thank you Robyn and Zully.
