Went today on 7/15/2024 to make arrangements for my grandmother to be buried next to my grandfather. After we made all the arrangements we went to see my grandfather. As we were walking around we noticed that the cemetery is very unkept! The grounds have been mowed but not weed eated around the headstones. I immediately called them while walking around to complain. Their excuse was that they are “understaffed” and it has been raining to much. She promised that it would be “cleaned up” before my grandmother would be buried. We are so disappointed!!!

It was so nice that Miss Carla was on her way home and she turned around. She came back to talk to me. I was really impressed with that. She didn’t have to, but she did and I can’t thank her enough for doing that and the way she sat down and talk to me and went over all the different Programs that I was very impressed and I was impressed cause they did it with my wife and that’s why I wanted to do with my mom miss Carl went beyond Hermes and I like I said I really appreciate her doing that and she did it with the upmost respect she took all my needs and concerns into consideration. It went through the different plans and I highly recommend to anyone.

Everyone was great. Listen to everyone worked with us and explained everything in a way we could understand. Went beyond to make it happen will forever be great full for all they put together ❤️
