My family had the pleasure of allowing Lincoln to take care of our loved one. Kudos and praises go out to The funeral Director Miguel. He was amazing and very hands-on. His professional demeanor and kind Spirit enabled us to get things done, timely and in order. Miguel made sure that the overall preparation of the home going arrangements were phenomenal. Recently held the funeral and burial of my loved one at Lincoln Memorial Parks. The front desk personnel were friendly. I felt that the best of care was given! My loved one was prepared with the specifications given to which I give thanks to all who participated. There were people behind the scene who did good work for us! The program presentation was beautiful! The service was meaningful. My family and I have discussed how nice and pleasant everything was. We were treated with respect. The experience in particular with Miguel, the Director, was truely heart-warming. He kept the lines of communication open. Miguel responded to calls and answered questions in a pleasant manner. He remained attentive to my family throughout and kept the process organized and timely. Our memory of this experience is a positive one. Many thanks to the staff and Director!
