My father passed away in March 2023 but he had made arrangements with Roberts over a decade ago for cremation. When the time came, almost everything was in place and Funeral Director Nicole Warring made everything as easy as possible for me during a time of grief and great sadness when other decisions needed to be made. My father wanted his ashes to be buried in my mother's burial plot at a different funeral home (not Roberts). Nicole helped me bridge that gap, strongly advocated on my behalf when the service was less than stellar at the other funeral home and hand delivered my dad's ashes the morning of his inurnment. She and her assistant Kaitlyn have been consistently responsive, compassionate, professional and accommodating of my inquiries and special requests, even three months later. It was a good experience working with Nicole under the circumstances. Thank you.

My wife, Carolyn, and I cannot say enough good things about our care at Roberts Funeral Home with the passing of Carolyn’s brother, Andrew. From the minute we first stepped in the front door we were treated with kindness, respect and compassion. Kyle and his staff were wonderful throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient as we selected the perfect urn for Andrew. At a time of such personal grief and sadness Kyle guided us through every step of the way. My father passed away 11/29/2017 and the entire staff from beginning to the moments after we laid him to rest were compassionate, respectful, understanding, reliable and absolutely amazing! My mum is currently Ill and I’m her primary caregiver and Roberts has already given reassurance and compassion once again that when her time comes they will be there for myself and brother. I’m very grateful for each and every member of their staff. It’s unfortunate to those who’ve felt they were not given what they needed but in all respect, the staff feels emotional pain as well as the family as we put our loved ones in their care. It’s not only a loss to us but to them as I’m sure they say prayers for us and our loved one(s) e have lost. 🙏 Thank you to all of the staff at Roberts for your amazing hearts!
