Excellent. The entire staff did a wonderful job of walking us through a difficult time. This was our first family death and we really did not know what to do. Everyone was efficient and compassionate. Bruce and the whole team at Heirs and Baxley are all amazing people! Everyone I've ever encountered there are kind, patient and compassionate! Such a great feeling of relief dealing with them. They have to deal with a lot of pressure when it comes to families and their loved ones arrangements. The constant change orders, explanations that need repeated, conflicts that sometimes arise, EC, they do so with such grace! Bruce and the staff have dealt with our family for many years and prepared many funerals for us, the entire staff always put 200% above and beyond any other funeral home I've dealt with! Thank you for making the process a lot smoother and less stressful for our entire family!
