Bernardo and other staff, the Rodríguez Family would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for guiding and explaining step by step to us. The family loved this funeral home. This is a big funeral home compared to others I have been to. It was also very clean. Staff was always around when needed during services. Everyone was very polite. From the beginning of the process all the way to the end, Bernardo and the rest of the staff was there to answer questions in person and over the phone. During services there was a staff member walking around making sure garbage was thrown out. There was staff welcoming people (I have not been to a funeral home that does that) Again I highly recommend.

Calm, relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for a funeral because that's exactly the kind of thing you need in order to help process such difficult moments. I like the Catholic style they have for funeral services, got to meet a deacon here for the first time! The employees were so nice and understanding too and didn't talk to us much as to give us space to mourn. Bathrooms and cafeteria were very clean. 5/5 would love to have my funeral here when I pass on.

Due to an unexpected loss of.a family member, we had lost our beloved Maya, who was our fur baby for over 12 years, we called Familia for help. Bernardo and Erica not only helped us in our time of need, but the compassion and love they had for our situation was exceptional. My family had no idea how to handle the passing of Maya,Familia came without hesitation and was there for us.
