Chambers Funeral Home is a do-it-yourself operation. What they do NOT provide: flat-screen T.V., adequate amount of toilet paper, hot water, adequate amount of coat racks, extension cords, food or beverage service, posting the obituary and time of service on their website, a caring and respectful staff. What they DO provide: a lovely chapel, an auxiliary room for a reception (but be prepared to get some attitude if you try to move any of the furniture to access the outlets), an organ (but they won't tell you any information about it, even if you phone and e-mail to ask), rude and unhelpful staff, post-it notes (but only if you beg for them). I would not recommend this funeral home unless there is a change of administration and staffing. Most of the dissatisfaction with this business had to do with the folks working here and running the place.

The owners at Chambers Funeral Home are extremely rude - and literally hang up on you when you call to ask about the service. My father was recently cremated there and he looked like a completely different person (somewhat scary) during the viewing. I have been to multiple cremations there and the dressing of the deceased is horrible. The bathrooms are filthy and there is no help or involvement by the staff. It's a do-it-yourself funeral service. The morticians there have complete disregard for the deceased and lack compassion to their families. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO GO TO ANY OTHER FUNERAL HOME - PLEASE GO!

I recently attended a service for the family member of a work associate, and I felt compelled to post a review because I was so impressed. The environment was dignified, and... peaceful. The family spoke well of Tom, who helped them through this difficult time. The thoughtful and respectful manner in which they were guided through the decisions they needed to make has left a lasting impression on me. Thank you, Chambers Funeral Home, for making a painful time less stressful.
