Sydney Watts was very compassionate and attentive. My brother was shot multiple times so there we were, clueless and as first timers making arrangements. Me and my family chose this funeral home for my brother since it was close by back in 2022. I just couldn't pull myself together when we had to choose the casket and discuss other arrangements but Sydney made me and my family feel important. We didn't feel like another number. Sydney Watts was very patient. She gave me water to calm my nerves and told me everything would be alright. I had a mental breakdown when shopping for clothes for my brother and on day of viewing, I will never forget, they had a belt on him. I don't know if they already had one or got one really quick but it didn't occur to me to get the smaller accessories. That marked me for life in a positive way. This funeral home does care for the dignity of the deceased. Sydney Watts stayed with us until burial which I appreciated so much. She felt like a sister for a moment.
