We had prepaid our services years ago. A few days before my husband’s passing I met with Tyler Coots and Dana Love regarding our policy. They reviewed everything with me and assured me everything was in order. We met again a day after my husband’s passing to finalize paperwork. They made a sad situation bearable. They seemed to go out of their way to make me comfortable with all my choices.

The people at Ridout's Chapel in Trussville could not have been more compassionate or helpful. I appreciate Tyler so very much. Everyone went above and beyond for me.

We are only in the planning stages for myself and my husband, but the service so far is fantastic. Ms. Dana Love is so sweet, kind and helpful. She was able to answer every question and provide every service we needed. My family has always used this funeral home, so I have experience to build upon. However, even if I was a newbie, I would have been fine. They are very professional and well trained. We now have all of our plans made for both of our funerals and everything is paid for. I pray our children will appreciate the gift we are giving them now when the time comes. Thank you Ms. Dana!
