Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home went above and beyond to make our unbearable situation as comfortable as possible. They figured out ways to overcome every hurtle my daughter and I ran into. They took the burden of responsibility off my daughter and I shoulders so we could simply be in the moment to grieve. Any concern I had on the that I voiced to Sandra the day of the funeral, simply disappeared because Sandra or the amazing other director handled with my sister. They knew what I needed. I simply needed to be in the day. Anything more than simply living through the day step by step would have absolutely overwhelmed me. Thank you Jefferson Memorial for making my unbearable day bearable. That might not sound like much but the word bearable covers all the physical and emotional groundwork that brought my husband's funeral together. The only thing they could do better is bring the privacy curtain back. In other words it would be a 5 star rating. The 4 stars had nothing to do with my funeral directors I had. It is out of there power. I have no doubt if it was up to Sandra, Andy, Hunter or the other guy who helped in Andy's place then they would have had a curtain working. Please bring the curtain and family room back.

Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville just made one of the most difficult days of my life bearable. Their staff is extremely kind and professional and handled all planning as well as the service perfectly. I highly recommend them for your funeral needs. The funeral director, Andy May, went above and beyond.

My family and I greatly appreciate the care and concern during our recent loss. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of planning and accomplishing a beautiful and honoring funeral for our loved one.
