They did an excellent job on my mother. She had been sick and lost her hair but she looked beautiful. Very impressed with the job they did. The visitation room was cozy and the perfect setting. They personalized it to my mother and we loved it.

From my first connection over the phone (and 700+ miles away), she assured me she could and would work with us to coordinate a beautiful home going ceremony for Dad. When I arrived, Beth executed every detail with precision and care. She remained patient and kindly adjusted to my never ending requests. She offered wise counsel and genuine comfort. Beth and the entire team were very accommodating. I was equally impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the convenience of the location. My boyfriend’s family chose Ridout’s for his mother’s funeral. I’m so glad they did because they did an amazing job on everything. Beth took amazing care of us from the very beginning to the end, calling us everyday to get all the details right and being kind and patient while we chose everything; she made suggestions and helped with ideas which was so nice of her. I really do love how they are trying to make funerals more modern and personable for everyone. It’s comforting being surrounded by happy reminders of the one you love, rather than just seeing a casket. Everyone on the staff was extremely nice and respectful, so so very helpful and patient with all of us as well while we were grieving and trying to make it through these awful times. I would definitely recommend anyone to Ridout’s - they really take care of you and let you know that you don’t have to go through everything alone. Noah’s mom’s ceremony was absolutely beautiful and she would’ve loved it so much.
