Mine and my husbands cat passed very unexpectedly Friday night and I called Saturday morning and they got me right in. The wonderful lady (I forgot her name as I was going through a lot) was amazing and so loving and caring. She took wonderful care of our baby and got him home to us very quickly! I was able to choose a beautiful box for him and get a paw impression. He came home with a. Card, a beautiful rainbow bridge bag and tag as well. I will be forever grateful for their compassion and for handling everything when we didn’t know what to do. I will always recommend them for anyone who loses a loved pet from now on!

My first experience of arranging a funeral at this end of Lorain County, was made so much easier by Mark Riddle and his team. My husband's passing deserved a respectful tribute planned and enacted with loving care, and I felt that our goodbye efforts were perfectly implemented. Jack's Buddhist practice (for more than half of his 80 years) might be untypical in my Catholic and Christian family, and in Vermilion. Mark Riddle and his team worked at giving us a presentation that comforted and assisted in ways that provided a funeral that was as comfortable and as pleasant as possible when saying goodbye. All attendees - the family, the writer friends, the Catholic and Buddhist friends, and special other friends - all felt that the goodbye was as pleasant as it possibly could be. A detail that I was impressed by, was how the staff had the room prepared with details that meant so much, but we had not thought to ask for. Our Chinese exchange student of 2012-13 was not able to come back to Ohio for the funeral, but the flowers from his family and a framed copy of Leo's written tribute were given a prominent position near Jack. Jack surely loved that detail. The graveside time was well prepared, so that we were not rushed, yet we never had to wait. All in all, saying goodbye to Jack was made more tolerable by the caring and professional services by the Riddle Funeral Home staff.

The team at Riddle - Mark, Margo and Elizabeth very accommodating. Our family had several family members with disabilities that made the viewing and service a little more difficult for all. They understood and accommodated. They walked us through all of the decisions including things we may not have been thinking about. Highly recommend!
