This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. There was no escort on the way to the cemetery and I was not told nor was I reimbursed until I asked for it. When we arrived at the cemetery the grave was not dug. My son and I had to return a second time to see my husband lowered into his grave. Nobody should have to deal with that. I would never refer anyone to this place during your grief or otherwise.

I was very impressed with the services render from Rhoden Memorial Home; March Ferguson was our personal director from Home. He was very caring, understanding, reliable , dependable and he provided us with professional services to the family as well as myself. I will continue to let Mr. Ferguson from Rhoden Memorial take care of my funeral needs.

I was extremely disappointed in the services rendered by Rhoden Funeral home. I paid for my mother's funeral IN FULL and did not feel I received 100 percent quality. I am still waiting for the death certificate we paid for. When I inquired about it, he told me he sent it to another family member but insisted he would send me a copy. I still haven't received it. I would NOT recommend this funeral home.
