My parents made pre-planned funeral arrangements with Gunder Hall Chapel in 1999. My father passed away in 2003. My mother passed away last month. I made one call to Snyder when my mother died, and they took care of everything for our family. I was assigned a person to talk to who was always answered my questions and kept me informed. They worked with each member of my family as they had questions or concerned and allowed each of us to grieve our loss in our own way. They have even contacted each of us to offer us grief counseling. The people at Snyder do not forget how stressful it is on the entire family to lose a loved one and their kindness and compassion helped us get through one of the most difficult times in my life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
