In a difficult time with the passing of our Mother Reeves Funerals Home Staff was exceptionally gracious, understanding and extremely helpful! Ms. Nicole who got everything done for us was compassionate, caring and very dynamic! Nicole did everything in her power to make this hard experience go as smoothly as possible! Nicole was thorough, explained all of the details and because we had to get my mom to her resting place in another state, Nicole liaison with a funeral home in that state and everything went well! My mother passed in Illinois and she wanted to be buried in Fayetteville. I dealt with a funeral home in Illinois and Reeves Funeral Home in Hope Mills. Not only did Reeves make this easy, they suggested things about flying Mom to NC that the funeral home in IL had not suggested, and this saved me considerable money. Then, Nicole at Reeves kept me updated every step of the way and coordinated so many of the details for me. I can't thank her enough for that. And then there is the care she took for me... she was so kind and comforting, allowing me extra time with Mom before the burial. She knew what I needed and was there for everything. I would highly recommend this funeral home.
