I honestly wasn't happy with how they handled my grandpa's funeral in March 2022. They wouldn't honor a outfit of a suit. And they showed favoritism to other side of the family who didn't even have his best interest at heart. They dropped the ball in my opinion, we all should have been able to partake in the service planning. I understand you cant meet with every family member but a few of us would have liked to have some say so. I feel because my grandfather prepaid for his funeral a fee years back when they purchased and acquired accts from another funeral hoke. That they didn't feel his funeral was that important . But it was just as important as anyone else's funeral. I'm really disappointed, and wouldn't choose them in the future.

The staff was amazing. Greg and Felicia treated us like family when they handled the arrangements for my mother. They were so compassionate, empathetic and professional. They were very helpful when making the arrangements and the services we planned honored my mother well. My dad and I are forever grateful to them. Highly recommend! Thank you so much ❤️🙏

Greg and Felicia were phenomenal and were able to follow our wishes exactly. Felicia's design with pictures and mementos was so well done, even better than I imagined. Their prices were reasonable and they were very accommodating with special requests. Should we need these services again, they would be our first choice.
