Experiencing a total nightmare – having invested over $5k to send my deceased father to Mississippi for their care, they threatened to cremate him simply because I couldn't promptly return their calls. Managing unfinished business with my father's estate in a different state, the stress intensified when they dropped this bombshell. Now, I'm compelled to take legal action, enlisting both an attorney and a private investigator. Unfortunately, I failed to heed their reviews, and the consequences are now apparent.

It's really sad the way I just spoken to about my loved. It's one thing to professional and state what is mandated by law. It's another thing to be yelled at while you are griefing. I use to have such respect for this funeral service. Whoever the director is, you should be ashamed of yourself. I'm not sure if you ever had a love one to pass. Your professionalism is subpar and you are a poor representation of it. Moving forward, please exercise kindness as you do your job. You have no idea the pain that families are going through. I called you with such respect. You did not return that to me. I hope you sleep well at night. Be sure to wash your hands during this pandemic. Terrible customer service is what Greenville is known for.
