If I could give a half a star I would. I live in Ohio and my mother passed in Mississippi, and this funeral home communication was terrible. The phone would just ring, my mother was a hour late to her visitation. I was told on multiple occasions they were working on booking her flight to Ohio only to find out the flight was actually booked by the corresponding funeral home in Ohio. They lacked integrity. There was no concern for the family. Working with the dead maybe their business but it’s still someone love one.
