Connie and the staff at Reardon were extremely compassionate and caring throughout the entire process. Despite the pain of losing our mother first and then one month later our father the empathy and professionalism they displayed guided and allowed us to provide our parents with memorial services honoring their final wishes while allowing us as family to provide them with what we believed was fitting in loving memory of them. From initial transportation, to preparation, the funeral services and internment they treated our parents with dignity and care. Reardon's support continued beyond internment with their aftercare services which were invaluable to us. They have made one of life's most difficult events easier to endure and allowed us the opportunity to grieve throughout the process and not become overwhelmed with practical issues. Even though plans were made several years in advance, when the moment came, we found that we wanted to make dramatic changes. Shane at Reardon was responsive to our every need. Starting right from our hour of need with transport from Orange County within a couple hours. Then he accommodated 2 services, both cultural and conventional. The embalming service was exceptional. The arrangements from their florist were beautiful. The venue was perfect and the staff took great care guiding my mom throughout our quick plans. So proud to have such a fine business in Simi Valley!
