Amy and the team made the cremation process so simple and easy when everything else going on after the death of a loved one is so hard. They were so incredibly kind and responsive. They walked me through the entire process and answered all million of my questions. It was a beautiful drive out to Woodstock to pick up my mother’s remains. Their office is very clean and felt comfortable. They were with us very quickly, and we were in and out super fast. They helped us understand next steps and confirmed what we need to do when we eventually scatter the ashes. I’m so glad we ended up using their services. Way better experience than any traditional funeral home I’ve worked with before for many reasons. Thank you all so much for your kindness and help. I appreciate you more than you know.

Lance and Amy are so considerate and compassionate. They bent over backwards to accommodate our family. We did a service then had him cremated. And let me tell you they went above and beyond to help this daddy’s girl out. My heart could ease knowing they cared for him just like he was their own family member. They are the sweetest couple and helped me out since my brain was so overwhelmed. Mr Lance even officiated for me and did a superb job. Don’t waste your money, support locally owned business. We decided that cremation was our only option for a recent family members death. When checking with our local funeral home to see about them handling it, we were shocked at their price. However, they gave us the number to CCB and suggested we speak with Lance. Wow! Over half the cost and you could not ask for a more friendly, personable and compassionate person to handle your loved ones needs.
