I just want to say that Rawlings did such a great service for my husband Greg. I was not prepared for him to pass and they guided me the whole way thru. I am grateful for their staff and the compassion that they showed me. It was a beautiful service. Rawlings also took care of my brother Paul 6 months earlier. They did a great job on him as well.

Not at all happy with the way my brothers. Funeral was handled very disappointing and I'm disappointed in the service. I won't use this place again they messed up my mothers obituary. As well And my poor brother never even got an obituary on their page. Took forever to get him to another city for his cremation since Rawlings don't do the actual cremation. They send the deceased out to another facility in another county. It was a nightmare I don't recommend this place. Be cautious when using this place. I would give them zero stars if possible ..

My Family has used Rawlings for over 85 years I would not use anyone else . Gray Hicks is a class act really cares for the family's . I had to call on them twice last year and was 100% satisfied with the care and the cost . Sevierville is very fortunate to have Rawlings Funeral Home . I will never use anyone else. Since I wrote this I had to call on them again for my mother Never thought about anyone else . My mother was a person who want a full funeral and the very best and that is what Rawlings did for her at a very good price . I would never use any other funeral home .
