Going through the death of a loved one is an emotional time for everyone involved. Rapp Funeral & Cremation has supported our family with empathy, understanding and patience. Their commitment began before our dad passed away and has continued several weeks since he was cremated. Our dad’s ashes will not be interred for six to seven months while wait to have his memory bench built. Rapp offered to keep our dad’s ashes safe until we are ready at no additional costs. This was such a huge relief for our family. No other funeral homes were willing to keep dad’s ashes without an additional fee of several hundred dollars a month. The care and comfort Rapp provides to families is invaluable. Our family is eternally grateful for their ongoing support.
