I’m not sure why someone would write that their customer service was awful but my experience with Brian and Yoana was A1. They were very helpful throughout the journey and they respected all of our wishes. They are very patient as they were perfectly ok with receiving the clothing last minute and sympathetic of your loss. Thank you for everything!

Leaving a review for funeral services is one of the most unexpected things I’d ever imagine doing but our experience here, specifically working with Brian, deserves public recognition. Having never done this before, Brian was helpful from start to finish during such a difficult time. He was open, honest, and truthfully funny which made my brother and I feel so comfortable and secure in providing an appropriate send off for our father. He went above and beyond in answering our many questions, meeting our requests and needs, and provided such helpful advice on how to select a cemetery, parking, timing, scheduling, and based on dealing with this so often, he was even able to guide us with what next common steps we need to take in handling our father’s affairs. Additionally, we worked with Yovana who provided so much help as well, was accommodating and compassionate, and communicated clearly as to what was expected of us and any visitors who came to say goodbye to our dad. If you’re someone who wants to plan your own affairs in advance, or like us, need a reliable and affordable location to honor your loved ones, I 100% recommend Philip Rinaldi, and make sure to ask for Brian.
