Losing a loved one is extremally difficult. In such an emotional time planning what comes next can get very overwhelming. Giordano's Funeral home made this process a little bit easier for us. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt like FAMILY. I worked mostly with Stavros (Steve) who was absolutely amazing. He made himself available at all hours to answer questions and give guidance. Everything was handled delicately and with care. Steve helped to make saying final goodbyes to my brother as comforting as possible and went above and beyond to take care of me and my family during this difficult time. I am forever grateful for his kindness.

My dad was 94 years old and in home hospice so his passing was not unexpected. I had spoken with Steve the week before to organize a direct cremation and it was handled by Steve, Jeanie, and Mr. Giordano compassionately, professionally, and efficiently. We were particularly impressed with the young men who came into our home, Daniel and Adam, to take my dad's body down to the Bronx. At such a difficult time for us, their empathy, caring, and gentle transport of our father were a comfort to us.
