We had an amazing experience with Rainey. They took care of everything and were so helpful throughout the entire process. They had to travel to get our loved one and were so gracious, even though it took longer than expected. All of their staff was so kind and brought our family so much comfort. We are so thankful for Rainey and the service they provided us and our family.

If you aren't rich they are the rudest, most non-caring people I have ever met. My mother passed very unexpectedly in November of 2019. She had no insurance, so we sat up a gofundme to help raise money for my mother a proper burial. They refused to work with us and stated "until all the money is paid there will be no funeral". I was devastated when Wesley Rainey told me, "we will bring an empty casket, but her body will be cremated!" I will not recommend these people to handle a funeral unless you have plenty of money! Ms. Betty Freeman is the only person that had the least bit of care for my mother's family.
