My family was just at my Uncles wake here last week. Sadly this was not the first wake here when I sadly I mean in the sense of we lost another loved one. However I was grateful we had it at such a hospitable place. They were so nice and accommodating down to me calling because I couldn’t find a parking and Anthony stood outside with my mother to make sure I found a spot. All employees had a welcoming face and even when they smiled at you there was a warmth to it didn’t seemed forced. You can tell they genuinely understand their purpose and why they chose to work such an emotional job. I can’t imagine working with grieving people on a daily basis and take in some of those emotions. They were all so polite. I have seen other reviews that mentioned tissue boxes however they are the same quality you would even get at a hospital. The place was very clean and calming. From the moment you walk in through those clear glass doors and your eyes set on the beautiful fountain you just have a sense of peace even if it just that moment when you are grieving those moments are essential.

This was a very emotional time for our family. However I'm glad my brother Wilbert's services were held here. I have been to several funeral services at the Rago Brother funeral home on Western Ave. This is my second one here my first being for my nephew Adrian. Now my brother. I must say that Anthony Rago made me feel really great. I asked him about where could my daughter park. He came out stood with me until they were parked and we walked inside. The next day he remembered that I was a sister and he told me he had a spot for me and my sister right next to me I was so proud I called her immediately and informed her. I realized then that I will be stopping by to talk about making arrangements for my daughter and myself. This is where I want our services and I would recommend anyone to stop in and speak to Anthony. I was happy my sister in law said she wants her services here too. I guess this will be our family Funeral home. As my daughter and her husband will be stopping by to talk to them as well

Rago Brothers were extremely helpful and compassionate with the passing of my daughter. They were there to help and answer all the questions I had. It was my first experience having to deal with the passing of a loved one. Couldn't have asked for a better funeral home. Thank you Rago Brothers for everything. Araceli Tarin
