Bob helped me plan my Mother’s funeral. It was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done but Bob, with his compassion and professionalism, made a very sad time easier to navigate. He thought of things that weren’t on my radar. He followed through with people so I wouldn’t have to. He anticipated my needs before I even asked.
