Was very dissatisfied with the services provided. I was asked to have only one person as point of contact however as that point of contact I was never called back nor was any of my emails returned. With COVID19 the representative was supposed to pick up our urn on two separate occasions and we ended up having to deliver it to a different funeral home. We were charged for the basic container even though we ended up supplying our own. I would highly recommend that others check with other companies prior to choosing to use Pueblo West Funeral Home
