My family used Poway-Bernaro Mortuary a few years ago and we were very satisfied with our experience. We liked that PBM is family-owned and a smaller location compared to other mortuaries in the area. We worked with Denise to arrange a viewing service and have our loved one cremated afterwards. Karen helped us with the catering for the viewing. All of the staff were professional and helpful in the days leading up to and during the event. PBM offers a nice, clean, and simple yet intimate space for your services. Likewise, the staff were very proactive in contacting me and letting me know about administrative issues like the status of the death certificates, etc. They also provided us with scans of our loved one's fingerprints that we could use to order jewelry. I can't thank the staff of the Poway Bernardo Mortuary enough for their assistance in helping me prepare for my fathers funeral.
