I want to express my sincere gratitude after signing the purchase agreement for our family lot today. I approached this purchase with many concerns, and I must admit that I was quite particular about finding the right lot. Our father and now our mother are at El Camino Memorial Park. Kevin Halfen was our counselor in assisting with the recent death of our mother. He was kind, respectful and provided extra support with the plaques for our parents. All the staff at the park are helpful and respectful, creating an environment of calm and peace. I had the opportunity to look into my preplanning prep for burial with Theresa Trần and she was very thoughtful of my needs: especially coming from Asian cultures lots of superstitions and location of body etc. She was super supportive of my choices and helped me decide what I need and what’s best for my family. We tour the whole place and decided what’s best. I like the fact that they are connected to all over United States with Dignity Memorial if I need to change. Never thought I would preplan these things before.
