Marc was very compassionate and helpful in helping my husband and his brother in helping to plan their father’s funeral. On the day of the funeral he made us feel very welcomed, and continued to check on us throughout our entire time we were in the building. He went the extra mile to make sure that our 5 year old son was comfortable by offering to put on a movie on the other room and had toys that he was able to play with to keep him occupied. Marc definitely made this difficult situation so much easier.

We had started making arrangements ahead of time with a different funeral home and were struggling with feeling like we were being taken advantage of. However, through a providential "accident" we ended up calling Marc, and the difference in how we were treated was evident from the moment we talked to him. Marc treats people the way you'd expect to be treated during a difficult loss of a loved one. He actually was able to meet with us the same day we called, the day my dad passed away, and completely set our mind at ease. Communication was prompt, kind, and everything was exactly what we needed. In sales you can try to fake a lot of things, but you can tell when someone is genuine and actually cares about the work they do and the people they are helping, not just how much money they can get out of them.

Marc is a phenomenal person and so very compassionate. In such a difficult situation, he went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the funeral was taken care, down to locating our loved one’s personal effects that we could not find on our own. The Painesville location was the perfect size for our smaller service, and the beautiful old home it’s located in is extremely well taken care of.
