Funeraria Porta Coeli took care of everything from start to finish. They were are on top of everything making sure our family didn’t have to worry about anything, it was perfect. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

It has taken me a minute to write this very much overdue review. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Porta Coeli, their staff and their service. Ludmila took great care of us when my mother passed away. My parents had made previous arrangements, but what was left to be done, she handled with such care and compassion that I will be eternally grateful. She gave us all the information, answered all of our questions and took her time with us. On the day of the funeral, everything is arranged and ready when we arrived. There was staff there to assist us and the attendees at all times. When the service was over, they gave us time alone with my mom and when it was time to leave, they handed us a box with everything that belonged to us. What i liked the most of the entire experience is that they accommodated all our requests. My father ended up moving with me to another state and when the death certificates, the jewelry we had ordered and the ashes were ready (because my mother was cremated), they mailed everything to us. The box with her urn arrived in mint condition and Ludmila and Lulu were in constant communication with us. All this to say, if you are considering working with them for your loved one's services, I 100% recommend them!

I had a great experience with Porta Coeli . Their staff is very caring , knowledgeable and empathetic. They make you feel like a family member not a customer. They helped me with my dad’s arrangements from beginning all the way until the end, especially Ludmilla. Throughout it all she was very attentive and caring in my moment of need. She is a beautiful person , very professional ,caring and empathetic. They did a beautiful job with my dad , I have never seen something like this in my life. I checked around before making a decision and even over the phone Porta Coeli staff, were very professional and they were the most reasonable pricing. For the service they provide me, one would think it will cost more. I highly recommend Porta Coeli.
