Fred was very helpful and patient with helping make the arrangements for the death of my wife. I had rearranged with them and wasn't sure what all was needed. He took the time to talk to me and get everything arranged.

I Don't recommend them to anyone. They were great at first, but once I handed them 13,045.00 in cash, that was it. My mom did not even resemble herself, they had her face blowed up, it was not even on the sides, just looked like a rushed job. Her chest area was even worse. Her nails were dingy. I do understand that they are not gonna look perfect, but I expected my mama to resemble herself. I made several calls about a headstone, speaking to the lady at the front office, she said I will have someone call you. That has been 2 months ago, with no returned call. Very disappointed with Ponger Kay Grady funeral home. I would advise you to use someone else for your loved ones.
