I was very pleased with the service we received from Kay's Ponger Uselton. Nadia went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Glenn delivered a Celebration of Life exactly as I asked. The catered meal after the service was delicious. All the staff did a great job.

I cannot thank the staff of Kays, Ponger & Uselton for making the process of planning my Dads funeral arrangements stress free. Nadia reached out immediately. She is professional, detailed a good listener and she definitely means it when she tells you “I got you.” I told her about my Dads hobbies, his love of Charlotte High School and Florida State University. Nadia and her staff created the most beautiful personalized tribute to Dad. His life story could not have been told any better. The displays brought comfort to his family and friends. Nicole was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and the sweetest person through the whole process.
