My 19 year old brother passed in January while the man who took care of the services was was great! The old blonde with the thin lips and ugly spirit who was greeting people needs to learn how to talk to people. You would think someone in this kind of industry would show respect to all, but the the look, the “why are you here”, the tone this lady had with my brothers grieving friends was disgusting.

3 stars because the staff, Kevin, was helpful, and very good at the job. Otherwise it'd be a 1 star. The insurance company cut the check before services where finalized therefore they couldn't get the money directly and needed me to pay. I offered a deposit as good faith and was told it was not needed. Then at the service the owner, Eric, asked to speak with me, the mother of the deceased., to ask when they could expect payment. Very unprofessional, rude, and heartless. I will never recommend or use this company again.

My friend and neighbor passed yesterday peacefully (11/13/2020). After her family and friends gathered in honor of her...The Pitman attendants, with good honor and respect, attended her families need very late in the evening...The removal and care was extremely formal. In another note...2 years ago last week I was struck by a vehicle while walking my grand puppy...he did not survive. I spent several weeks incapacitated...yet the good folks at Pitman took care of my grand puppy at $0 cost, understanding I'd lost my grand puppy's owner, my son, just 3 months prior. It's well to know that there are businesses that attend to the needs of those in need. God's peace.
