Extremely satisfied with Kemper-Keim's help in planning and carrying out funeral services for our family. I worked with Jamie throughout the entire process and she was very professional, always easy to get in touch with, replied quickly, walked us through the entire process from start to finish, and, most importantly, was very understanding and empathetic to our family's specific needs/situation. The service was very beautiful and they honored every wish we had for our loved one. Experiencing the loss of someone you love is hard enough as it is and planning a funeral adds even more stress. I am so grateful to Jamie for taking so much of that heavy burden off our shoulders and being reliable, kind, and helpful. Thank you for such a thoughtful and graceful service.

Not helpful and very rude. Thy could of been great if only they weren't so arrogant and closed minded. Called multiple times just to find out information and they turned us away each time saying it was our own problem. would not recommend them.
