Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary was extremely kind to my father and I as we dealt with the sudden illness and unexpected death of my Mom. From the moment we came in to talk to them they made us feel calm and welcomed. They were so thorough and made sure we received what we asked for. We never felt pressured to do more than we wanted. I could not appreciate them any more than I do for their quality of services. Our memorial turned out beautifully and they were so sweet with helping us get everything into our vehicles. Also, on top of that they matched us with the most amazing minister for our services. He couldn't have been any more perfect for my Mom. Thank you for all of your kindness and help. We appreciate everything you do.

My experience with Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary has been deeply disappointing. Despite purchasing a stone for my father from an outside vendor and paying $800 for its placement, I recently discovered it missing due to an irrigation issue that went unnoticed by the cemetery staff. The distressing part of this experience was the initial discovery that my father’s stone was submerged in mud and stones due to the irrigation issue. It wasn’t until I called to inquire about his resting place that I learned about the situation. This revelation raises serious concerns about how much damage the faulty irrigation system may have caused to other memorials within the cemetery. It’s alarming to think that such negligence could extend beyond just missing stones. When I contacted the cemetery, Gary explained the situation but offered no proactive solutions. It’s evident that the lack of diligence and care extends beyond this incident. Numerous negative reviews indicate a pattern of delayed service and broken promises. Considering the negligence displayed, I am hesitant to trust the cemetery with purchasing another stone for my late brother. The lack of accountability and disregard for grieving families is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary to proceed with caution and explore other options. As for myself, I am prepared to take legal action to address the damages incurred and ensure the dignity of my loved ones’ resting places.

Both my parents and my aunt are here. Their services were nice no complaints with that. But their customer service is very disappointing. They will help you, help you while you are going through a difficult time, but once your loved one is laid to rest and they have your money that's it. They say if you have any questions please call. Well I did several times left messages and emails. I got one call back saying they'll get back to me. Well it's been almost 2 months and nothing. And my emails go with no answer at all. These people don't care about anything than getting your money. No wonder they've had lawsuits in the past.
