The García family is very grateful for Rick and his staff. When we call Rick he was very helpful in giving us directions as to what do to prepare and make all the arrangements for the funeral service for my wife, Pamela Garcia. It was a joy working with him. He was compassionate, considered and made everything very comfortable. Making arrangements for a love one is very stressful, however Rick has a way about communicating in a way that gives you comfort and assurance that his staff will meet your needs. My family made all the information available for the service and his staff put it together. The final results were excellant and we were very pleased with their service. My brother passed away in May 2, 2024 and I was in charge of making the funeral arrangements. Some of my family lives in Shafter and has used Peters funeral services in the past so Peters was my funeral home of choice since our family has used Peters in the past and has been satisfied with their services . Elena helped tremendously in guiding me through all the details of planning a funeral. She went above and beyond in guiding me and comforting me while I was grieving the loss of my brother. Elena kept in contact with me the days leading up to my brother‘s funeral, she checked in texting and calling making sure I was alright and that I gave her everything she needed to complete the process. Elena and the staff at Peters were compassionate and caring they felt like family.
