The service that you receive here is nothing short of being FAMILY. The moment you make that call or open the door you are wrapped in loving arms and compassion. The care that they give you in the beginning to even weeks after is unpresidential to anything that I've ever experienced. I saw that it wasn't just for my situation but for everyone that I saw come in or hear on the phone. They are not just workers they are the FAMILY that you need at a time when it's hard for others to be there for you because of their own grief and heartache .They are AMAZING at what they do. THEY TRULY ARE BLESSING FROM OUR LORD💕🙏

They were good up until it was time to get the death certificates that were a part of my father's services that i paid for. When I called a week ago, I was told they should be in by Monday. Tuesday I called, and I get maybe later today. When I told the guy that I was told they would be ready Monday he became rude and belligerent. Yelling at me that it's the health departments fault. I told him I have to say, I'm not having a real great experience with you guys. I got, in a real condescending voice,well I'm real sorry about....I guess once they have gotten their money and performed their main task, they could really care less about the rest of their obligations and promises. Don't go unless you need more to worry about.

I wanted to say they really stiff the competition. But I don't mean to Offend anyone ....but if I do.. to bad. Go cry quietly into your pillow and don't let anyone see ok. T.y. and quietly.
