At a very difficult time, all of the staff we encountered at Peake Funeral Chapel were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable with our Mother’s prepaid cremation plan. Even provided an online link to post her obituary without the high cost of publishing it in the local paper. I would highly recommend Peakes for funeral and/or cremation services.

Unexpected deaths are hard. Not knowing where to send the person is a hard decision. Peake was difficult and stressful to work with. They also told us they’d send us a photo of the deceased for my family to confirm. We immediately thought that would be traumatic, so we called another funeral company. The other company told us that they would never send us a photo, but that we would actually send them a photo to confirm. But based on the reviews, it seems peake has to put the liability on the customer based on their lost body reputation. We paid a fee to have my family member moved to a different funeral service who was sympathetic and great to work with.

I am so impressed with their professional, caring, wonderful service. Definitely 5 Stars!
