Several years ago I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a cremation in Florida, where staff were cold and pushy about selling me more than I needed. Recently I used Paul's Chapel for another cremation and the experience was just the opposite. Staff were respectful and helpful even in my stressful, emotional state, they answered my questions clearly, and helped walk me through the necessary steps. I appreciate their professionalism.
